Michelin-Starred Dining with Kitchen Garden Produce

The gardens at Gravetye Manor were designed by the influential gardener William Robinson and include a walled vegetable garden, wildflower meadows, and a 1 hectare lake. Guests can borrow wellies from the hotel and explore woodland trails through the estate's 400 hectares. The grounds also feature a variety of garden styles, from herbaceous borders to a formal Italian garden.
